If you can find the measuring plane where the bubbles move in the opposite direction of the measuring part, it indicates that this part is the lowest position of the machine. You can raise the support screw under it, but generally you should find the highest position. If the measurement results in the two measurement planes are exactly the same (in both directions), it indicates that one side of the machine is high or low at the same time. If the operating surface is high, the supporting screws of this part should be rotated synchronously at the same time. The level measurement of the machine base is only the first step to find the level. Then, the levelness of the impression cylinder should be measured. If it does not meet the requirements, the levelness of the base should be re calibrated. At the same time, the levelness of the machine can be detected by the ink roller.
