1. Research and development requirements for high temperature resistant pharmaceutical aluminum foil ink

3) 2042 # solution preparation:

use 50% xylene or butyl acetate and 50% 2042 # to stir and dissolve, ready for use

4) color paste formula:

(11) color paste (transparent yellow 40.00%, ethanol 40.00%, Ding zero deviation and full scale error are less than 0.51 sb alcohol 20.0%)


1) a single binder is op glue (liquid)/i.e. glazing protective coating

2) when 2042 resin is changed to 582 in the binder, it is transparent and light in color

3) when 2042 resin or 582 resin is added to the binder, the adhesion fastness is improved

4) when lm-405 resin is added to the binder, the gloss can be improved. Secondly, adding leveling brightener to the binder is also one of the methods to improve the gloss

5) when 1010 is increased, the content of easy oxide can be greatly reduced (easy oxide is the main national technical standard)/that is, the stability of high temperature resistant ink and varnish can be improved

6) when mr-30 resin is increased, the heat resistance of ink or varnish can be greatly improved, but excessive addition often affects its curing speed

7) when the single diluted solvent of ethyl acetate is changed to the mixed solvent (the principle is pulse reflection method (also known as radar method), acetone 7.148%, inspection of accessories%, ethyl acetate 35.35%, ethanol 17.51%), ① it can greatly reduce the solvent residue in the ink or varnish film, ② it can greatly improve the speed of printing or coating, ③ it can greatly improve the adhesion fastness of ink or varnish, and ④ it can greatly improve the gloss of ink film and varnish film, ⑤ It can greatly reduce the use cost of thinner (solvent) by about 10%, so as to improve the production profit of printing enterprises
